Dwight Randy Randell Weems

Dwight Randell Weems of Levelland passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2011.

He was born February 19, 1960 in Levelland, Texas to J.D. and Betty (Daniel) Weems. After education in Levelland and Lubbock, he worked operating MRI, CT scan and X-ray machines at hospitals in Texas, Arizona, Hawaii and Alaska.

He is survived by his children Rachael and Jace, granddaughter Lillian Noelle; his father J.D. Weems of Levelland; his sister Dani Johnson of Lockney; and two brothers Richard Weems of College Station and Jim Weems of Lubbock.

Dwight was preceded in death by his mother Betty Weems and his nephew Eric Weems Humphreys.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 30 at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Carolyn Jordan, Pastor of Christ United Methodist Church officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 PM in the Mausoleum Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 1704 S. College Avenue, Levelland, Texas 79336.
