It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Tom Clare Jr., beloved husband, father, and grandfather on September 25th, 2024, at the age of 70, after a heroic battle against Glioblastoma. Born on December 11, 1953, in Louisville, KY, to Thomas and Suella Clare, he was the second born in a large Irish Catholic family.
Tom was known for his wit, wisdom and kindness and his love for traveling and the outdoors. He recently retired as part owner and CFO of IAC Services in Jeffersonville, IN. Tom earned his MBA from Bellarmine University in 1981.
Tom loved his family with all his heart and cherished every moment spent with his family! He met the love of his life, Paddy, in the summer of 1971 and they were married in August 1975. Tom and Paddy enjoyed traveling with their family, and spending time at the lake and the beach, boating and fishing. Tom loved working around the house that they built together in Finchville, KY. Tom was an amazing father, supporting his children in all their endeavors – professional and personal. Tom was a proud and devoted papa, spending as much as possible joling around and playing with his beloved grandchildren.
