Preceded in death by his infant son Ross and his father Norman Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife of 34 years, Lee; his sons Dustin and Nathan; his daughter Brooke; and his mother Helen Courtney.
A memorial service in Terry's honor will be help on Saturday October 8, 2022 from 1PM to 4PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Spencer County Animal Shelter or Veterans Club.
