Robert Lee Fenn, known affectionately as Bobby to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2024, in his hometown of Louisville, KY, at the age of 71. Born on June 11, 1953, Bobby was a man whose life was filled with the joy of the outdoors, a passion for fishing, and an unwavering support for UK sports. He worked and retired from CSX Railroad.
Bobby's memory is cherished by his beloved wife, Patty Fenn; his sons, Jim Fenn (Sonya) and Brian Fenn (Amela); his adored grandchildren, Jonathan, Maya, Shelby, and Madilynn; and his treasured great-grandchild, Evie. He is also survived by his sisters, Pat Blair (Wayne) and Sherry Morgan. Bobby was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Lee Fenn, grandson Aiden, and his brother, James Ray.
Known for his friendly demeanor, Bobby's presence was a source of comfort and camaraderie to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love for family and zest for life will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
A visitation in Bobby’s honor will be held at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Road Louisville, Kentucky 40218 on Sunday, December 8, 2024 from 11AM to 7PM. Bobby will be laid to rest in Resthaven Memorial Park.
