Richard R. Wilson

A Beloved Brother and Uncle, Born to the late Ronald L. Wilson and Janice K. Wilson. Here to carry on his memory are his sister Tina Penick (Rick), niece Kimberly Beard (Luke), nephew Ricky Penick II, great-nephews Brian, Christopher and Izayah and great-nieces Helena and Aliviah.

Richard was a graduate of Churchill Park School for Special Needs. Richard won numerous first place ribbons for track and field as well as swimming in the Special Olympics. He has always enjoyed going on rides in the car and spending time with his family. As he got older his hobbies included watching anything on TV Land, sneaking chips and reading car magazines.

Richard will be truly missed by all but none more than his loving sister, Tina.

A visitation for Richard will be held Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
