Pauline M. Brooks

She was born on November 9, 1936 to the late Hollis & Ophie Monroe in Frankfort, Kentucky.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 33 years, David L. Brooks, Sr.; two children, Priscilla & Ricky; her sister, Margie Slattery; & brothers, Bob, Bill, Jim & Roy Monroe.

Pauline is survived by her four children, David, Jr. (Robin), Larry (Sharon), Debbie (Ed) & Judy “Shorty” (Keith); sisters, Patsy Devers & Ann Wells; four – grandchildren, Autumn Clarke, Bubby Brooks, Jamie Wilson & Tiffany Harrison; 11 – great – grandchildren, Izzy, Abby, Annie, Arlee, Ella, Emma, Hollis, Brady, Tate, Boston & Kason, who were her world.

Pauline also had four very special people in her life who gave unconditionally of their time and love to make the last several years of her life so special and happy. Her niece, Missy Woodruff; great nieces, Morgan “Mason” & Nicole Woodruff & Kylee “Chrissy” Law. They brought so much joy to her and kept her laughing until the end.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home in Okolona. Pauline will be laid to rest in the Garden of Eternal Love of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 1:00 – 8:00 p.m. and then again on Sunday, October 2, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m. also at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home in Okolona.
