Patricia “Patty”Fields, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday November 21, 2018 with her loving family by her side. Patty was a long time bartender with years of service for Tumbleweed Restaurant. Patty loved her bunco girlfriends, drinking Miller Lite, playing trivia at Khalils and loved going to the boat.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents James And Lillian McGrath
She has left behind to cherish her memory her husband Lester R Fields, her two children Kellye Duckworth (Dru), Ryan McGrath, her step children Vickie Fields and Joel Fields, siblings; Jim McGrath (Missy), Theresa Schablik (Bruce), Danny Kessinger (Lynn), Nancy Hammond (Bob), and Donna Rigney (John), also her best friend Tracy Hawkins, and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held Monday November 26, 2018 at advantage funeral home Hardy Chapel 10907 Dixie Hwy at 12:00 P.M with burial to take place following the service at Bethany Cemetery. Visitation for Patty will be Sunday November 25th from 4 to 8 P.M., at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the Shirley’s Way.
