Parvin Samuel Pfohl, 86, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 18, 2024 at the Robley Rex Veterans Hospital. He was born in Uniontown, Kentucky to the late Joseph and Beatrice Conkright Pfohl on September 4, 1938. Parvin retired from the US Army in 1978 after 20 years of being in aircraft maintenance and traveling from base to base inspecting maintenance and flight records.
Parvin was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Patricia Marlene; brother, Joseph(Billy); brothers -in-law, Pat Patterson, and Jeff Waxman.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 56 years, Sally Franke Pfohl; son, Aaron Pfohl; siblings, Linda Patterson, Sharon Miller, Edna Waxman, David Bass (Shannon); several extended family and loving friends.
Visitation for Parvin will be Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Arch L Heady Funeral Home - Okolona from 1pm until 7pm. The funeral service will be Monday, November 25, 2024 at 11:30am at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff Kentucky with US Army Funeral Honors.
