Melissa Ann Mullins,50, of Louisville passed away on Friday June 29, 2018.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Linda Mullins.

Left to cherish her memory are her 3 sisters, Denisa Newsome, Cyndy(Todd) Raymer, and Dana(Adam) Heath; her nieces and nephews, Amanda, Beth, Brandon, Daniel, Tara, Reed, Bo, Jackson, and Max.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at 2:00 pm in Evergreen Dignity Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be Monday from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
