Maxine Warner Calhoun (formerly known as Maxine Collins/Maxine Lewis), 89, entered into rest on Friday, November 4, 2022 at her home in Orlando, FL.
Mrs. Calhoun is survived by her husband, Robert A. Calhoun; her children, Gary S. Lewis (Karen); Walter E. Lewis III (Sandy); Terri L. Lewis; Cynthia G. Lance (Bobby); her grandchildren, Paul A. Lance (Will); Joshua J. Flesch; Lindsay M. Everman (Justin); Kevin M. Lewis; Matthew G. Lewis; as well as 3 great grandchildren.
She was a devoted and loving mother to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She spent her retirement years living in Orlando. Maxine was a lifelong member of Saint Matthews Baptist Church, while living in Louisville.
There will be a graveside service for her Saturday, November 12th, at 3pm at Cave Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4pm until 6pm on Friday at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway.
