Matthew will forever be missed by his family and dear friends. He is survived by his beloved girlfriend Miranda Keedy, their beautiful daughter Arabella, his father Jerry Dvorak, his mother Celia Dvorak, as well as his siblings Aleia Dvorak, Brianna Dvorak, and Michael Dvorak.
Funeral services will be held at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Saturday 02/18/23.
Visitation from 1:00 – 4:00 PM. Celebration of life following at 4 PM
