Matt was such a special man. Matt was one of the vendors that I contacted frequently through work to fix problems. Every time I spoke with  him he always greeted me with a listening ear. Matt became more than a vendor to me, he became my friend. Matt made sure to reach out to me when I was on maternity leave to check on me and he sent me condolences when my dad passed away. We had drifted apart with his career change and it saddens me that I could not pay the proper respects. Prayers to Matt’s family!

I had the pleasure of meeting Matt when I started my summer job while home from school. From day one, work never really felt like work. We quickly bonded, and to this day Matt is one of the few people that I felt I could talk about anything with, and I know he felt the same for me. We got to know each other over the next three years, and even after I moved on to graduate school we kept in touch. I’ll never forget Matt or the impact he had on my life. He was incredibly proud of his son, Matty, and I know he’ll be watching over him. Rest In Peace, brother. 

I will always love you just like you always loved me. Please watch over our son. He misses you so much and so do I.

Matt was such a sweet soul and loved his son Matty so much! You are missed!

Matt was a GREAT guy, whom I met about six years ago.  Every time I saw him he was quick to smile and ask, "How're you doing?" with sincerity.   He touched many lives, I know, and he will be sorely missed.  

Ever since my encounter with Matt, he made me feel I belonged, was welcomed and was sooo very nice. He will be missed greatly!

My heart goes out to Matt's family and friends as they navigate this difficult and painful time. I first met Matt 5 years ago and within a matter of days, had come to realize what a truly loving, inspiring, supportive and caring man he was. I'll miss you brother. ♥

Matt you will surely be missed by many. Thank you for the big hugs when I saw you. Thank you for all the morning texts. I still look at my phone in the morning and forget sometimes. I want to express my sympathy to the family and friends of Matt. I love you brother and I will miss you.

Matt, you will always be in Matty's mind and our minds, forever in our hearts and although you are gone, you will never be forgotten. 
You were a very special, dear, loving person, who was loved very much and brought so much happiness to the many hearts you touched.
You were always kind, caring, understanding. And if someone needed help, you were always ready to help.
You were a gift to many lives and you brought joy to everyone.   Life will never be the same because you are gone  but no matter where you are your memory will always be in our minds and hearts and you will always be remembered.
Matty wishes he could see you one more time coming through the door. His heart is broken because he can't understand why someone so precious had to die.
Dad, out time together was always all special and the memories we made will never fade.
I will always remember you Dadda with love and I know you are up there watching me from heaven.
Dadda, I will always  make you proud.
No matter where you are you will always be in my heart.   I love you Dadda but a piece of me is missing since the day you were gone.
