Mary "Ruth" Webb

Webb, Mary "Ruth", 87, born on Christmas day in the year of our lord 1930, peacefully passed away at home on February 17, 2018, while holding the hand of her beloved husband of 68 years, Robert. She was the former Mary Ruth Woods.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, David; granddaughter, Christy; sister, Doris Mattingly; brother, Joe Woods; and parents, Ed and Isabelle Woods.

Along with her husband, left to cherish her memory are their nine children, Kathy Keller (Jon), Bud (Carol), Barry (Linda), Denny (Connie), Gene (Valerie), Sam (Denise), Dale, Becky Kelley (Tony) and Lisa Benet (Kevin); 28 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Pat Boswell and Betty Hettinger (A.J.).

Visitation will be Monday, February 19, 2018 at Evergreen Funeral Home from 2 pm- 8pm. The funeral mass will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church at 10am, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to Hosparus for their excellent care over the past year. They would also like to thank Cara Luckett, granddaughter Brittany Webb and all of the family and friends who cared for her over the last year. The family is also very grateful to Earl and Ellen Baker and Leona Maupin for supporting their mom in her strong Catholic faith every Sunday over the last several years.

Memorial contributions in memory of Ruth can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Hosparus of Louisville, or St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
