Mary Thompson

She was a charter member of Saint Clements Friendship Club, Westpoint Homemakers and the choir. A wonderful loving Mother and Mamaw to so many.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis B Thompson Sr.; son, Louis B Thompson Jr.; daughter, Sheila Jean Thompson; grandson, Christian Alexander Thompson; and daughter in law, Tina Thompson. She was the last living child of George Christopher and Mary Agnes Atcher. Predeceased also by her parents; sisters Josephine Leary and Leonora Wigginton; brothers Raymond Atcher, Robert Atcher, Francis Atcher, Randy Atcher and Charles Atcher.

Left to cherish her memory are her children; Pamela M. Tucker, Teresa E. Lester (Jim), Beverly S. Garuccio (Rick), Brenda G. Thompson, Christopher G. Thompson (Tina), Charles A. Thompson I (Carol); Seventeen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mary will be held Friday, December 20, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway. Her funeral Mass will occur Saturday, December 21, 2024 at1:00 PM at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Rd.
