Mary Juanita Smith, 91, entered into rest on Thursday, January 10, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Smith, Sr.; Juanita was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Roseanna Speaker (Ronnie), Charles Smith, Jr. (Lynn), and Leon Smith (Rebecca); Three grandchildren, Holly Jo Speaker, Heather Jo Speaker, Brandon Charles Smith; great granddaughter, Taylor Kay Smith. Her Graveside service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 1:30 at the Kentucky Veteran Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Ky. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 3-8pm at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel.
