Born in Louisville to the late Frank and Ruby Hornback, Tommy was a retired forklift operator for Frito Lay, attended Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, and was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Tommy is survived by his wife of 43 years, Janet Maze Hornback; a son, Raz Hornback (Jess); daughter, Sara Hardin (Chuck); and grandchildren Raelyn, Grace, Lincoln, Oakley, Beckham, Knox, Noah, and Rachel. He was preceded in death by sisters Jean Seay and Frances Mudd; niece Jeannie Mudd; and nephew Jeff Seay.
Visitation will be held from 2-7 pm Friday, December 29th at Arch L. Heady & Sons Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd, followed by a brief memorial service. Cremation will follow.
