Margaret I. Potts

She was born October 7, 1933 in Bowling Green, KY, the daughter of Stanley and Bessie Graves.

She was a homemaker, a lifelong member of the Delcie Wakefield Sunday School Class at Lyndon Baptist Church and a 1951 graduate of Atherton High School.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Michael J. (Carrie) Potts and Richard L. (Pam) Potts; two grandsons, Daniel J. and Benjamin D. Potts; two step-grandchildren, Brian and Brittany Pate; two sisters, Betty Prather and Mary Ann Kavanaugh and one brother, Fred M. Graves.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Louis W. Potts and one brother, Richard Graves.

A service to celebrate Margaret’s life will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Thursday, November 29, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady and Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
