Mabel was a devoted wife, loving mother, and faithful Christian. She spent much of her life in ministry with her husband at churches throughout the state of Kentucky. Mabel loved the church and sharing the Good News of our savior, Jesus Christ, with as many people as possible. She served others by working with children and youth ministries, the Women’s Missionary Union, Sunday School, card ministries, and other areas of need. She taught her daughters to be of service to others through leadership and example. As her health declined, one of her greatest joys was to pray with friends through phone calls and cards. She was a source of encouragement to many throughout her life.
