Steve and entire Family,
Memaw was a very special person. No one will be able to compare to her. She had a huge heart.  She never met a stranger.  She found the good in every situation.  She will be missed by me more then I can put into words.  She was a very dear friend and a person whom never turned me away when I needed  to talk  to someone.
I know for a fact that she walks in heaven and is healthy and happy.
I love you dearly and will miss you very much. Hope to see you one day.

I'd like to say...but first of all,to let you know,that I arrived okay.I,m writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above. Here,there's no more tears of sadness;here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.Remember that I'm with you every morning,noon and night.That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you"

I am so sorry for your loss.  Aunt Lillian was a very sweet,kind, and wonderful aunt.  I remember all the things she did for my mom and dad.  That will never go unforgotten.  Aunt Lillian always had a very sweet smile and a cute chuckle when she laughed.  I can never remember her having a bad word to say about anyone.  She was always so gracious, one of a kind. She will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. I remember when she used to call me skinny legs.(if she could see me now ) I wish I had spent more time with her, but she has always been in my thoughts and prayers.  I am glad she no longer has to suffer.  She is in a much better place than we are.  May she rest in peace high on the mountain of Heaven.  May God be with you all.  Keep her memories in your heart.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of grief!  I didn't personally know your Mother, but I heard a lot about her from Steve!!  Your Mother is with the LORD now!!

This is one of my favorite photos of Memaw. She was in Florida with us and she let me take whatever kind of pictures I wanted. She never drank a drop in her life so the beer in this photo is what's so funny. This picture symbolizes many things: a time of enjoyment, relaxation, laughter, family, and what we all love--the smell of the ocean. Memaw wasn't one to adventure to the water but she sure loved her time in Florida. Lastly, this picture symbolizes her relaxed nature which best describes Memaw. She liked to sit back and just take it all in. I don't remember her raising a hand or her voice except when she said "OH RALPH".  Memaw was a soft hearted, even tempered, gentle person and she will be greatly missed by many including her beloved "Lil Bit".  I love you Memaw.

Mema u was a great mother, grandmother and great grandmother to all of us. You was a best friend, a remodel and a hero. You brought everyone such joy in happiness and to know you are in your wonderful home up with god brings me such joy. You will be missed so much but we must all remember you are gone by sight but not by heart.

"Dad", Kelly and Brian:  I am so sorry for your loss. I hope that you can find comfort in the fact that she is no longer suffering.  Until you meet up again in heaven, keep the good memories alive in your hearts.

I didn't know you that well. but I felt that I did hearing Steve talking to you on the phone everyday and the way that he praised you!!  I know how you have always served the Lord.  There is no doubt that you are in HEAVEN!!!  I will be looking after Steve and Mike for you!  You will be missed by everyone!!

To John, Dorothy, and Derek and family, We are truly sorry for the loss of your mother/grandmother. I know it is hard to let her go, however, she lived a full life and when your body gets tired you ask our heavenly father to go home. We will keep your family in our prayers.

Billy, Dorothy, Mike and Steve. I can't ell you what your Mother meant to me. She definately had a servants heart. The help and the care she took of my own Mother several years ago is not forgotten. She stayed all night at the hospital when my mother was sick. Martha, Libby and I have never forgotten that.  She took care of your Dad, they were married all those years and I never heard her complain. I believe that Aunt Ova lived as long as she did, because of the care she got from Aunt Lillian. Everyone of her children were different. She passionately loved each and everyone of you: no matter where your life took you.  I can still see her sitting in her chair at her home, laughing and listening to us tell all the old stories. I will miss her. Love your cousin Ova Jean

Mom, you were the greatest mother-in-law that anyone could ever ask for!  You were truly a servant of our Lord and I know that you are now resting in HIS arms.  You will be terribly missed by all that loved you!
