He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Mina Jean Dennie; children, Kevin Lee Dennie (Patty) and Ivan Leslie Dennie; grandchildren, Melissa Dawn Chappell (Mike), Jennifer Wilson (Chris), Anthony Dennie; great-grandchildren, Diamond Dennie, Gavin Dennie, Kirkland Chappell, Kameron Chappell, Karter Chappell, Sam Wilson.
A visitation for Leslie will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A funeral service will occur Friday, June 10, 2022 at 9:30 AM, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40218. A graveside service will take place Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Highland Memory Garden, 279 Landis Lane, Mount Washington, Kentucky 40047.
