Judith “Judy” Faye Wade, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away November 11, 2024. She was born on July 24, 1946, to the late Bernard Smith and Edna Jaggers. Judy loved Bingo, Bunco, playing the lottery, going out to eat, and spending time with her family. She loved poker family nights. She was an avid fan of University of Kentucky Basketball and enjoyed watching the Kentucky Derby each year.
In addition to her parents, Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Danny Wade; and siblings, Jerry, Junie, Ronnie, Jeanie, and Darlene.
Left to cherish Judy’s memory are her children, Chad Wade (Kim) and Amanda Jackson (Brad); grandchildren, Heather, Holly, Kelly, Kacy, CJ, Stacie, Alli, Keira, and Liam; great grandchildren, Charlee and Matthew; her fur baby, Weeman; and a host of step-children, step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and loving friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 15, 2024, at Evergreen Funeral Home from 11:00am to 2:00pm, with a funeral to directly follow at 2:00pm. Judy will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
