Joyce M. Snyder, 59 of Taylorsville, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014. She was born April 23, 1955 in Louisville Ky to Early and Mazie Milby McAllister.
She is survived by her husband of twenty six years: Jim Snyder, children: Shawn Dawson and Liz Kiper (Josh), her parents: Early and Mazie McAllister, a brother: Marshall McAllister and a sister: Rita McAllister, grand children: Elise and Nolan. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and extended family and friends and by her loyal friend, Arcee, the Pomeranian.
A celebration of Joyce’s life will be conducted at 12 noon, Tuesday, December 9, 2014 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 3-8 pm on Monday, December 8, 2014 and after 9am the day of the funeral.
