

Visitation will be Friday March 28th 2025 from3-4pm for immediate family and then from 4-8pm for friends and family at Arch L. Heady Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218
Funeral services will be held on March 29th 2025 at 10am at Arch L. Heady Resthaven 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville,Ky 40218. The Family has chosen cremation.
Joan D. Logsdon was born Joan Doris Davis in Louisville, Ky to Rose Elby and James Joseph Davis on July 29th 1936. Joan went to school in Louisville but unfortunately did not graduate. Joan married James Logsdon in 1951 in Louisville, Ky. Joan and James later divorced. Joan worked for 36 years and retired from RC Cola. Joan was a very sweet and hardworking Mother and Grandmother. She loved all of her Grandchildren, Great Grandchild and Great-Great Grandchildren Indefinitely. Joan was an avid Bingo player and Loved the game until her last breath. Joan’s Favorite Bingo Hall was Sunshine Bingo Center in Louisville, Ky.
Joan D. Logsdon is preceded in death by her parents Rose Elby,and James Davis, Her son Jack Logsdon, and one great grandson Ozzie Simpson, Daughter in Law Debbe Logsdon
Joan Logsdon is survived by Three living children Barbara Collins (Wayne), James Logsdon (Fancie), Delores Burns (Mark). One Step Daughter Angie Logsdon. 12 Grandchildren, April Simons (Kevin), Michelle Stuck “Sis”, Robyn McCubbin (Rusty) Jack Logsdon, Melissa Logsdon Dykes (Travis), Heather Logsdon, Jonathan Logsdon (Krystal), Tonya Logsdon, Jennifer Logsdon, Joey Logsdon(Victoria), Michael Logsdon(Chasitty), Jacyln Brewer, Also many Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
Honorary Pallbearers are: Blake Brewer, Anthony Brewer, Michael Logsdon, Jack Logsdon, Jonathan Logsdon, Joey Logsdon.
