Jeffrey Lynn Smith, 68, of Louisville, passed away March 18, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas G. Smith; brother, Anthony T. Smith; and his granddaughter, Mandy Wagers. He is survived by his children, Jason Smith(Jennifer), Chrystal, and Amanda Wagers(Eugene); mother, Loretta Smith; 11 grandchildren; brother, Greg Smith; and sister, Sharon Summers(George). A visitation will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022 at Evergreen Funeral Home from 2pm-8pm.
