He has been a resident of Louisville, Ky for the past 30 years. He was proceeded in death by his father Jeff Hedden.
Jason was survived by his mother Louise Roberts and stepfather Fred Roberts.; his wife Jamie Hedden; his children, Lindsey, Jared, Morgan, Kaitlyn and Logan, and his grandchildren, Tristan, Kylie, Naomi and Hunter. His brothers David (Paige) Hedden, Chris (Liz) Hedden and Matthew (Stephanie) Hedden; along with 4 nephews and 6 nieces.
Jason was with Contracted Operations/Louisville Packaging for 20 years and was the Plant Manager for many of those years. He loved people and talking with everyone he met. Jason loved playing golf, riding motorcycles, dirt bikes and four wheelers. If we were to let him tell it, he was a professional at all those things. He was a Michigan football and Basketball fan and would tell anyone who would listen how great they were. He enjoyed coaching the youth basketball league at St. Martha. Last and not least he was a spiritual man and shared his faith with those around him.
Jason will be deeply missed by his family and friends and all those who knew him. It will be very difficult to move on in this life without him but as Jason always said, “we have to be tougher than old folks’ toenails and continue on”.
A memorial visitation will be held Friday, September 3rd from 4-8pm at Arch L. Heady Resthaven Funeral Home. Saturday, September 4th at 10am a funeral mass will take place at St. Martha Catholic Church 2825 Klondike Lane, Louisville, KY 40218.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations to the Go Fund me Account.
