Jason D. Emert

Jason D. Emert, 41, of Louisville, Kentucky departed this life on May 19, 2022 at the University of Louisville Medical Center.

He was born on September 17, 1980 in Louisville, Kentucky to parents, John Faulkner and Janice Margaret Emert. He was a construction worker by trade.

His grandparents, Jesse, Sr. & Rosemary Emert and Garnett Avon & Elizabeth Ann Faulkner; and uncles, Benjamin Emert, Jesse Emert, Jr. & Pat Haines, precede Jason in his passing.

Jason leaves behind, to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 22 years, Tracy Emert; 4 – children, Jalyn Rose, Adyson Faye, Jason Dwayne, Jr., & Colvin James; parents, John Faulkner and Janice Jones; sister, Cindy (Brian) Emert – Brown; one – granddaughter on the way; specials aunts & a host of other relatives, friends and family to mourn his passing.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. in the Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Burial will be private in the Garden of Devotion of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and then again on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.
