Jackie "Dee" Dingess

Jackie was a native of Daviess County, Kentucky and was born to the late Joseph Richard McDaniel Sr., and Anna Lou Smith McDaniel.

She was a 1959 graduate of Owensboro Catholic High School and was a member of Guardian Angels Catholic Church.

Jackie was beautician whose career spanned 51 years. She worked in the salon at the Louisville downtown Stewarts, Doris's Beauty Salon and Susie's Salon.

She enjoyed country music, karaoke and square dancing. She also loved cooking, sewing, writing, good conversation and most of all her family and friends. Jackie had a vibrant personality and was a "real people person", never having met a stranger.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Richard McDaniel Jr.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Ernest "Paul" Earl Dingess and daughter, Anna Danielle Dingess. She also leaves behind her beloved fur babies, Biscuit and Baby Boy. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, a sister- in- law, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation will be held Saturday, March 19, 2022, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home, with cremation to follow.
