Jack was born July 1, 1930 in Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from DuPont Manual High School in Louisville and was in the Coast
Guard. Jack attended James Lee Presbyterian Church where he met his future wife, Dolores Jean Hampton.
Jack and Dolores were married for 61 years before her passing in 2012.
Jack was proud to be a Shriner and a Mason. He is survived by his brother, Robert, two children , 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
Private services took place June 13 in Lakeland and graveside services will take place later in Louisville,
Kentucky at Resthaven Cemetery where Jack will be laid to rest next to his wife.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children at
Shrinershospitalsforchildren.org.
