Gerald Jeffries

Gerald "Jerry" Ray Jeffries, age 65 of Valley Station Kentucky, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on Friday, May 31, 2024. Jerry was a devout christian who loved Jesus and his family with everything he had. Most of all, he delighted in his grandchildren and loved nothing more than watching them play or taking them fishing. He really enjoyed spending time outdoors and riding his Harley-Davidson. He will be dearly missed by a host of christian friends and loved ones. He was a devoted husband, loving father and doting grandfather.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Carl Eugene Jeffries and his brother Leonard "Todd" Jeffries. He is survived by Frankie Jeffries, his beloved wife of 45 years, his daughter Brandi Kicenski (Eric), his son Joshua Jeffries (Erika), and his 3 cherished grandchildren: Deeks Kicenski, Gunner Kicenski and Brody Jeffries. He is also survived by his mother, Thelma Zirnheld and 4 brothers: Carl "Gene" Jeffries (Stephanie), Anthony "Tony" Jeffries (Barbara), Claude Jeffries (Carolyn) and Thomas Jeffries (Tiffany).

VIsitation will be held at Advantage Funeral Home - Hardy Chapel located at 10907 Dixie Highway Louisville, KY 40272, on Monday, June 3 from 2-8pm and Tuesday, June 4 from 9am-1pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 1pm. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery.
