Frank Rigney, Jr., 90, of Louisville passed away Wednesday April 19, 2023 at the Masonic Home in Shelbyville, KY. A native of Adair County Mr. Rigney was a retired welder with the old Jeffboat in Jeffersonville, IN. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Rick Rigney (Debbie), Kevin Rigney (Nicole), and Jeffery Rigney (Penny); a daughter, Rebecca Irvin; sister Betty Akin and 14 grandchildren. There will be a visitation on Sunday April 23, 2023 from 12-3 pm at Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Funeral services for Mr. Rigney will be held on Monday April 24, 2023 at 11 am CST at Stotts-Phelps & McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY. Interment will follow in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 am CST at the funeral home. Arrangements under the direction of Arch L. Heady Southern Funeral Home in Louisville.
