Frances Effie (Romagnoli) Smith, 99, entered into rest on Saturday, December 16, 2017. She was an Avid U of L Basketball fan and Retired from Food Service with Sanders Elementary. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Leon Smith; Sons, Bill Smith and Marion Smith, Tommy Smith; Sister, Laura Limer; Brother, Bill Romagnoli; Frances is survived by her Son, Arthur Smith (Carol); Daughter in Law, Sue Ann Smith and a Brother in Law, Ed Limer; Sister in Law, Stella Romagnoli; Four grandchildren, and Six great grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 pm at the Advantage Funeral Home – Hardy Chapel, with a Private Burial to follow in South Jefferson Cemetery. Her visitation will be after 11 am at the funeral home.
