Emma Kay Duggins, 79, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022. She was born in Cold Iron, Kentucky on October 10, 1943 to the late Steely and Emaline Miller.

Her sisters, Mavis Osborne and Wilma Miller, and brother, Charles Miller, preceded Emma in death.

A funeral service will be Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 2pm in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home in Okolona with visiting from 12pm until time of the funeral service. A private burial will be held at the Lexington Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Gideon’s or to Hosparus.
