Ellsworth, Elizabeth Jean, 82, lost her battle to cancer on February 19, 2016. Jean was a kind hearted and sweet woman, who enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed putting together quilting patterns and watching westerns.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Forrest and siblings, Nellie McLellan, Helen Givans, and James Steward.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dale Ellsworth (Becky) of Boonville, IN, Terry Ellsworth of Franklin Co., KY and Doris Ellsworth of Louisville, KY; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and sister, Beulah Frazier (Ross) of Louisville, KY.
A Funeral Service will be Thursday at 2:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00pm-2:00pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
In lieu of the customary forms of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made in Jean's name to the American Cancer Society.
