Dorothy Mae Roby, 79, of Louisville passed from this life on Wednesday July 1, 2015. A native of Lebanon, KY, she was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Roby Sr., son Marshall Wayne Roby, daughters Phyllis D. and Patricia I. Roby and grandson Michael Roby. She is survived by her son Philip L. Roby Jr. (Billie), daughter Rebecca Roby (Carl Thomas), grandsons Kerry Roby, Chris and Philip Green and Granddaughter Trista Murphy. A service to celebrate Mrs. Roby’s life will be held at noon on Monday, July 6, 2015 in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. A short visitation will be after 10:30 am on Monday.
