He was preceded in death by his father George A Blair, mother and stepfather Carl and Ruby V. Harbison, siblings, Norman, Helen, Delores, Landers, Paul, George Jr., and James Blair.
He is survived by his loving wife Cynthia Blair, children Donna (Doug) Eubanks, Della (Mike) Kruger, Carl Blair, grandchildren, Glenda Eubanks, Harleigh, Dylan Kruger, Cody, Caitlin, Erin, Matthew, Jacob Blair. One great grandchild Malachi Eubanks. One brother Kenneth (Deloris) Harbison. Several nieces and nephews.
He attended Pathway Baptist Church with his wife and enjoyed traveling, and spending time with family.
