David S. Perkins 63 passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013. A U S Marine Corps veteran, he is a Master Carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond & Kathryn Owen Perkins.
He is survived by his 3 children; R. Scot Perkins, Amy K. Perkins, and D. Bradley Perkins, and 2 grandchildren, Samuel and Hayden, and his 8 siblings, Dennis Perkins, Susan Button, Jessie Kelty, Juanita Searcy, Mary Crenshaw, Patricia Miller, Louise Hardin, and Regina Lawson.
A service to celebrate David’s life will be held at Noon on Friday in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, with burial at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2-8 pm Thursday, and after 9 am Friday.
