David Warren Curtis, 56, of Louisville, passed away January 8, 2023. He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy Y. Curtis. He is survived by his father, Troy J. Curtis; children, Jasamine Curtis(Brandon), Travis Curtis(Randi), and Nathan Curtis; grandchildren, Hailey Curtis, Ryan Curtis, Nora Curtis, and Harrison Curtis-Texas; brother, Troy A. Curtis; and nephews, Branden Curtis and Trevor Curtis. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1pm-2pm that Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial donations in David's memory can be made to Aahmed Grotto.
