She is survived by her mother, Sandra Gayhart Tibbs, father Billy G. Wilson(Mary Sue), Beloved Boston Terrier, Oscar G. Huggems, Siblings; Roger Wilson(Margie), Liz Hardenbrook(Thomas), Tera Pruitt(Mike) and also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Courtney was a graduate of Manual High School in 1996. She was a Ms. Kentucky Wheelchair Contestant, and she worked in the nursery at her church, Courtney also admired Pat Day, and “Z”,
Funeral Services honoring the life of Courtney will be held on Friday, January 17, 2013 at 2:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4623 Preston Hwy. Visitation will be Friday, January 17, 2013 from 12 noon- until time of service at 2pm, with interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
