Celia McCracken Horn, 72, of St. Matthews, passed away Tuesday July 21, 2015. She was born Feb. 27, 1943 to the late George Arthur McCracken Sr. and Adeline Keely McCracken. She was a former state president of the KY Society of Professional Engineers Auxiliary, and was a member of the Crescent Hill chapter of Eastern Star.
Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years David Marshall Horn, her children C. Scott Horn (Kimberly ) and Amber Michelle Horn, her brother George A. McCracken Jr. (Patricia), her 3 grandchildren Connor Macdowell Horn, Cagney Scott Horn, and Tyler Jacob Ward.
Visitation will be held 2-8 pm Sunday at Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave. with services to celebrate the life of Celia, onn Monday at 10 am, with interment to follow at Cave Hill.
