80, of Tavares, Florida, formerly of Louisville passed on December 9, 2015 at Cornerstone Hospice in Tavares.
He was retired from TNT Holland Trucking Company and was a Kentucky Colonel. Carl was a Marine Corps Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Royse Hug of Tavares; 1 son Carl E. Hug Jr. of Louisville; 2 nieces, Julie and Susan; 1 nephew, Gary.
A committal service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December, 18 at Evergreen Cemetery Chapel. Visitation will be conducted Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Arch L. Heady Russman & Sons, 1201 E. Oak Street, Louisville, KY
