Barbara Jean McAuley Musgrave

Barbara "Jean" Musgrave, 87, of Louisville, KY passed away on February 26, 2013 at Westport Place Health Campus. Jean was born on July 26, 1925 in Caldwell, Ohio to the late Florence and William McAuley. She was a longtime member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church and the Fidelity Sunday School class.

In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Owen Musgrave; her sisters, Kathryn Biler and Elizabeth Patterson, and her brother, Dayle McAuley.

Jean is survived by her children, William (Wanda) Musgrave of Charlotte, NC, and Sherry (DeMarsh) Estep of Louisville. Her loving grandchildren include Brian (Jennifer) Musgrave of Ft. Mill. SC, Brian (Angie) Smith of Huntersville NC, Jennifer (Taylor) Cline of Erlanger, KY, and several nieces and nephews. Jean took immense pride in her twelve great-grandchildren, Sydney and Charlie Musgrave, Chandler and Parker Smith, Haleigh Anne Cline and Logan, Carter, Andrew, Rylie, Kaitlyn, Avery and Hudson Estep.

A Celebration of Life service for Jean is planned for Friday March 1, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady at Resthaven Chapel, 4400 Bardstown Road with private entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. A family visitation will precede the service from 11:30 till service time at the funeral home.
