You always had such a warm comforting way about you. All of the heart ache and worry would just melt away, in every single person you touched. if only you were here now to help us cope. But we KNOW that you are some place WAY better, where there is no pain and no worry! love and miss you!

To Barb's Family--
What an incredibly difficult loss this is for you...for all of us. I worked with Barb for awhile at Presbyterian Homes, and we had alot good times together! She loved those residents so much, and they loved her! She will be sorely missed.

Ricki Jo I am so sorry for your loss. I lost mine in December and my heart goes out to you. I'm sorry I never met her but if she was anything like you then she must have been a very sweet and caring woman.

If only I could hear that laugh again. You are a beautiful person inside and out and will be missed dearly. Oh how we're trying to keep it together down here, we all love you so much. Always

We are so very sorry for your loss.  It's so very hard to cope with loosing a loved one so unexpectantly. I know only time and prayer will help ease your pain but if we can be of any help or you just need to talk please don't hesitate to let us know.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Billy, Anita, Skyelar, & Hadley you are such a wonderful family and I see each of you hurting right now.  I know there are really no words that I am going to share that you have not heard but wanted each of you to know our family is thinking of you and lifting all of you up in prayer.  When Hadley told me about the Yellow Roses last night my heart melted.  God Speed Houston's and may you rest in peace sweet Barbara I am only sad that I did not get a chance to meet you.

Dear Shelby, i am so sorry to hear about your families loss.  I may not have known your grandmother but, I know she loved you and was proud of you.  Stay strong.  Becca and I are here for you.

Papa I don't understand why you had to leave us. I wanted you to teach me how to sew, I wanted you to go to these painting classes with me. There was still more here for you to do!!!!!! Papa where do I begin. I remember being a little girl and you giving me coffee all the time, and today I cant stand coffee! I loved that big bed you used to have in the back corner room that is no longer there, I literary had to climb up in the thing but I can still smell your sheets. I loved how every drawer in your house used to be packed full of lottery tickets, and how if we could'nt find you, we could go to the key market and there you were playing scratch offs. I loved how you drove us crazy when we went to the movies cause you always talked. You were such a beautiful spirit. You gave me so much wisdom to live by over the years, and you set the bar pretty high! I am gonna miss talking to you, laughing with you,and crying with you. We would laugh so hard sometimes we would cry, and I think by the end of it we were just laughing at each other laughing. I loved your cooky spiritual ways. I remember you to took me to Arby's for the first time in my life ever, and I thought ewww gross but I ate it. I knew that I could always talk to you and you would always keep my secrets. You left quite the legacy here and it is amazing to look around and see if it was not for you that all this souls would not exist!!! I can see you now and you are so beautiful, I never seen you look so young and full of life! I love you so much papa!!! I have never forgotten anything that you have told me, and hope you continue to guide me through this life! I will always see your smile, and hold you close to my heart! Like you said Pop you are Free!! Thank you for being my pop and I love you and I will miss you more then words can describe!
