Lee, Aleen Elizabeth, 97, passed away from this life on November 2, 2017. She was born on November 16, 1919, to the late George and Minnie (Lee) Masterson. Aleen retired from Jefferson County Public Schools. She is preceded in death by her husband of over 70 years Robert Lee Sr. and her daughter Georgia Ratliff.
Left to cherish her memory are her children; Norma Bratcher (Kenneth), Betty Overstreet, Sharon Soeder, Robert Lee Jr., and Jannett Moore (Bill); 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
The visitation for Aleen will be on Sunday at Arch L. Heady Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd., from 3-8 pm. A celebration of life service will be held on Monday at the funeral home at 10 am with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
