Shelia Pearl Leach, age 77, of Bossier City passed away on Friday, November 15th, 2024.
Shelia was born on March 12th, 1947 in Kilgore, Texas to parents Maurice Appling and Connie Hedges Appling. She attended Kilgore High School and afterwards married Steve Leach. They had two children, Steven Leach and Kara Suzanne Meek.
She is preceded in death by her parents Maurice and Connie Appling; son Steven Leach; and grandson Keshaun Garner.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Steve Leach; daughter Kara Suzanne Meek; grandchildren Jalen Garner, Taylor Rushing, and Dayton Rushing; great-grandchild Malcom Keshaun Miller-Garner; and siblings Judith Leach, and Sandra Gossage.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st, 2024 at 11:00 am at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Longview, Texas.
