Raymond Frances Cook, 89, passed away Monday, May 13, 2019. He was born March 31, 1930 to Alice Alma Byers and Verdi Edward Cook in Grassland, Texas.

Visitation will be Friday, May 17, 2019 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, TX, where family will receive guests from 6pm - 8pm.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Calvary Baptist Church, 4715 Tenneryville Road, Longview, TX, at 2pm.

Ray is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Emma Jean, his three children: Randy, Rickey, Ronda and their families; plus thirteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and served in the US Army. He was also involved in many community organizations. Ray loved the Lord with all his heart and left a mark on everyone he was around.
