Isaac was born on June 3, 2003 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Jerry Lee Henderson, Jr. and Stephanie Yvonne Stephens. Isaac was surrounded by the love of his family his entire life, and whether it was going out to eat or going to the grocery store, he never met a stranger. Isaac will be remembered for his curly blonde hair, blue eyes, his smile that lit up the room and his infectious laugh.
Isaac is survived by his mother-Stephanie Stephens of Gladewater, father-Jerry Henderson and his wife Armida of El Paso, TX; Stepbrother-Aaron Alvidrez of Gladewater; Stepsister-Erika Macias of El Paso, TX; Grandparents-Dana and Margaret Logston of Kilgore, Jerry Lee Henderson, Sr. of Kilgore, Kathryn Mullins of Marshall; Great Grandfather-Edwin Mullins of Marshall; Aunts and Uncles-Tisha Dyre of Marshall,Ilona Nichols and husband Gerald of Marshall, Michelle Peralta and Tony Beason of Kilgore, Tina and Danny Foxworth of Kilgore, Kirk and Donna Logston of Baytown, TX, Trent and Heather Logston of Kilgore, Amy and Mark Stinson of Independence, MO, Matthew Logston of Kilgore and a wealth of cousins. He was preceded in death by his Great Grandfather Marshall Logston and Grandmother Mary Mullins.
The family would like to say a special “Thank you” to Isaac’s private duty nurse, Keisha Willis and her entire family, Dr. Donna Davis, Celia, Amanda and Sarah from Kidz First Therapy, Miss Shelby his speech therapist, employees of Brookshires and CVS pharmacy in Gladewater, Everyone at Gay Avenue Primary School, Kimberly with Every Child, His State case workers, the employees of Genpak, the 11th Brigade and E2-43 ADA in Ft. Bliss, TX, and many, many thanks for the kindness shown to Isaac and his family by the loving strangers that touched our lives throughout Isaac’s.
A celebration of Isaac’s life will be held at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the Chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6-8p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2012 at the funeral home.
Isaac’s mom appreciates the prayers and support and the love each of you has contributed to enhance the quality of Isaac’s life. He was a blessing to us and was very blessed by those around him.
