Tyler (Ty) Lee Schell's lifetime journey started in Longmont, CO at Longmont United Hospital on February 13th, 1983. Sadly his journey ended on March 19th, 2021 when he received his call to fly among God's angels.
Ty's life would seem short to many, but those who were touched by him understand that his quality of life far exceeds his quantity of life on earth. Ty lived life to the fullest and succeeded by reaching many self-set lifetime goals. In addition to his personal success he lead and encouraged those around him to achieve their maximum potential. Ty excelled in everything he did, such as family, friendships, business, and athletics. One of his most proud athletic accomplishments was being a two-time state tournament wrestler in Colorado and Kansas.
Anyone that knew Ty will forever miss and cherish his passion for life, adventure and his love for his family, children and those around him.
When Ty wasn't thinking of his next business move, he was spending time with his children taking them on their next adventure; whether it be fishing, riding Razors through the mountains, sharing his passion of dirt bike riding or spending nights in Estes riding go-karts and sitting in the cabin hot tub.
Ty will be missed every day by his loving family, his mother Cory, his father Thomas (Cristie), his sisters, Courtney (Justin), Crystal and step-sister Amy, his children Shauna, Cailynn, Taylee and Teigan, his children's mother, Crystal, his grand parents, Cork and Nancy Rowley, Kenneth and Judith Schell and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces whom he loved so much.
Tyler is joined in heaven with his great-grandparents, Monty and Ruby Montgomery, Claude and Mildred Rowley, Pete and Leona Schell and Hubert and Mardel Polt.
Ty will continue his contagious laugh, his larger than life smile and his adventurous spirit in heaven while being a jokester, selling the latest 2021 version of angel wings to the angels.
Our son, brother and father, you will always and forever be in our hearts. We love and miss you until we meet again. XOXO ❤
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been started for his children in his honor at First National Bank of Omaha under "Courtney Howard", last 4 digits of account #9360. If you choose to write a check, please put Tyler Schell Memorial Fund on the memo line. All funds will go directly to his children.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Shupe Homestead (11931 N. 61st Street Longmont, CO 80503).
