Paul Edward DeVore

Paul Edward DeVore, of Aurora, was called to God on March 2, 2017. He died of cancer. He was 67 years old. Born March 25, 1949, in Cincinnati, OH, he was the son of Charles Edward DeVore and Elizabeth Ann Neal DeVore. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald DeVore. He is survived by Peggy Shupe, sisters Jackie Rose of Arlington, VA, Jane DeVore of Chesterfield, IN and nephew David DeVore of Dayton, OH.Paul enjoyed a quiet life but loved his family, neighbors and friends and was always a mentor, listener, and a resource to assist them in their needs. He enjoyed running/walking in the early mornings, he did crossword puzzles from the New York Times, he worked as a CPA and with financial software most of his career. He owned a business with Peggy Shupe for many years and worked as it's CFO and CTO. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 12, at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel with Pastor Frank Phillip officiating. Memorial contributions may be made in Paul's name to the American Cancer Society and left in the care of Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, 326 Terry St., Longmont, CO 80501.
