Thomas Tom Patrick Heffernan

Passed away at his late residence, Mount Hope, London, Ontario on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2013 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late Marlene (Hughes) (1999) and the late Joyce (Rickett) (1971). Loved father of David (Veronica), Tommy and Steven all of London; Terry (Debbie) of Ilderton; Pamela of Mississauga; Trudy (Michael) Walker of Oakville and Lori (Derrick) Malone of Lion’s Head. Thomas will be missed by his grandchildren Karen Cummings (Kevin), Brian (Alexa), Thomas, Dan (Leanne), Valerie (Frederic), and Lisa (Fletcher) Heffernan; John, Katrina and Jake Walker; Meaghan, Emily, Braydon, and Justin Malone; and great-grandchildren Eleanor Cummings, and Abigael and Finley Heffernan. Survived by sister-in-law June Heffernan and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Wayne and Maxine Hughes. Predeceased by parents Walter and Norah Heffernan, and brothers Jack, Harold, Alfred, Bill, Ted, and Don and sister Norma. The family will receive friends at the Needham Funeral Home, 520 Dundas Street, London on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, April 26th, 2013 at 2:00 PM followed by cremation. Donations to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
