Passed away peacefully at Mount Hope Long Term Care, on Thursday June 13, 2013 in her 101st year.
Loving mother of June (Erle) Smith, Marion Smith, Donna (Austin) Hickey and Gary Holden. Predeceased by her children Ken and Carol.
Fondly remembered by all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Hazel and her family survived the Halifax explosion of December 1917.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Sunday June 16, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Needham Funeral Service (520 Dundas Street, London). Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday June 17, 2013 at 11 am. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
